Privacy Policy

Thabbit ("we," "us") provides booking management software for salons and barbershops. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Name, phone number, and (if provided) email address, for both salon owners and their customers; booking details (service, time, staff member); and basic usage data needed to run the platform.
What we don't collect
Payment information. Thabbit does not process, store, or handle any payment method, card, or transaction — customers pay salons directly, however the salon accepts payment.
Third parties we use
Supabase (database and authentication), Twilio (SMS reminders and confirmations), and Resend (email). These providers process data only to deliver the service — not for their own marketing.
SMS
We send one appointment reminder by SMS, one hour before your booking, and booking confirmations.

To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, contact us at thabbit.bh@gmail.com.
Changes
This is a provisional policy. A finalized version, reviewed by counsel, will replace it, and we'll update the date above.
